The bill (Reg. No. 2006), aiming at improvement and further development of national legal system of corporate management and introduction of international experience in the sphere of corporate relations, suggests to implement transfer of authorities of executive power of legal persons to other organizations by mean of special agreement.
In particular, the bill presupposes to determine:
content and procedure of agreement on transfer of authorities of legal person;
rights and obligations of leading enterprise and leaded enterprise;
legal regulation of property of leaded enterprise etc.
It was noted at the meeting that the adoption of the bill’ provisions will enable the right to use leading mechanisms of corporate management that are used in the international practice, in order to involve professional leaders for increasing effectiveness of management, improvement of organization of economic activity of legal persons.
